Gel polish is guaranteed for 7 days. If your gel polish chips within seven days, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a complimentary repair. Be ready to provide the salon location, appointment date, and your nail technician's name.

⏰ Punctuality

If you expect to arrive late, please notify one of our salon coordinators. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may require adjustments to their scheduled services, although we will always do our best to accommodate you.

👜 Personal Items

U.S. NAILS 8 is not responsible for personal belongings that are damaged during services. Please take extra care when handling nail polish and other personal items.
